How my coaching journey began.
I spent years trying to answer the question, “What do you WANT to do with your career?”
I realize that the pieces of the puzzle were there all of the time...I just needed help putting them together.
Growing Up
My family moved around a lot growing up due to my Dad’s job opportunities. I lived in 4 countries, 9 homes, and 8 schools by the age of 19. It was a lot of change…but I wouldn’t change a thing!
Looking back, I realize that I was presented with so many learning opportunities - all of which have shaped who I am today.
Corporate Experience
I have close to 30 years experience in the corporate world, having worked in a variety of roles and departments - program management, change management, customer experience, engineering, and learning & development.
I navigated the labyrinth of the ‘corporate ladder’ to attain the role of Vice President with a Fortune 30 company.
I have worked for/with companies across a variety of industries: Comcast, JP Morgan Chase, Glaxo Smithkline, National Westminster Bank, Vanguard, DuPont, Forum Corporation (now owned by Korn Ferry).
Coaching Journey
With over 500 hours of training and Professional Coaching Certification, I am tapping into my true purpose: to help others reach their potential.
I continue to coach mid to late career professionals through individual, group, and team coaching sessions and virtual webinars.
I have coached clients in various industries and companies, including Comcast, Google, Pinterest, Amerisource Bergen, AmeriGas, SEPTA, Slalom, Pennsylvania Power & Light (PPL), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), ESPN, TV One, just to name a few.
I have learned so much about myself through my own personal coaching journey, which gives me the confidence that I can make a true difference for others.
